PANDEMIC LOVE 2

Just a little note to say hello!

I’m sending all of you my love at this time…and lots of extra love to my USA pals.

In the next few days, I’ll give you a sneak peek of at the final mix of my song coming out on Valentine’s Day called “All Love All The Time.” It was written in June of 2020 and is a collaboration between me and Rob Wells, a producer (brother to Greg who produced “Gem and I”). I felt so much joy in the summer…despite the world’s challenges…it was a nice change for me to write something up, something celebratory and fun.

I’m also doing something really fun (this is my fun hobby during COVID) which is LOOKING FOR MICHAEL McDONALD. You would think I could find the Doobie with all my connections, but so far I have come up empty-handed. No one from the Bowie show I just did had connections, none of my Nashville peeps, none of my California rock n rollers.

Some background:

I have written a song called “True Love (Michael McDonald” which is essentially about the miracle of finding true love (which happened this year for me)…so….”if I can find / true love / I can find Michael McDonald” and the song is sort of about trying to get him to sing with me. I’m hoping to get the song to a stage where I can actually send it to him for consideration. Imagine that - a song about Michael McDonald, in the style of Michael McDonald, which might hopefully feature him.

What can I say, he’s my fave.

Just keep it between us though… because if I find him now, it will be too soon for the song. LOL.

The sailboat has to sail in at the perfect time.
